Registration/Admissions
The Patient Registration Department at Eastside Medical Center welcomes you as a patient. The main admitting area is located on the first floor of the hospital, just inside the main entrance. Main Admissions is open Monday-Friday 5:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. After hours registrations are completed in the Emergency Department. We are happy to answer any questions you might have concerning your visit by calling 770-736-2428.
Central Scheduling
To obtain an appointment for outpatient services, please call 1-888-843-8133. The Central Scheduling staff will work with you and your physician to arrange your appointment at a time convenient to your schedule.
