Eastside Medical Center has a state-of-the-art Emergency Department, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff consists of board-certified emergency medicine physicians, ACLS certified nurses and specially trained support staff. This department is equipped with technologically advanced instruments in our clean, bright treatment areas-- trauma rooms, cardiac treatment rooms and fast track rooms. The latest technology and procedural efficiencies have resulted in decreased waiting times for you and your family.
Anytime you or a loved one has chest pain, loss of consciousness, heavy bleeding, difficulty breathing or other critical symptoms, call 911. Don't delay!
Emergency Department Expansion
The NEW ER now features 41 “bays”,and is now complete. The emergency department is an area that has and will continue to be a primary focus to ensure that our wait times, throughput, and capacity are meeting the community needs.
