Our team of professionals consisting of physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists are concerned with the restoration of function and prevention of disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part.
Exercise, hot and cold treatments, low-dose electrical stimulation, and manual therapy are used to improve circulation, strengthen muscles, encourage return of motion, and train or retrain an individual to perform activities of daily living. Our clean environment and innovative equipment is encouraging to the patient who is anxious to partner with the staff to return to a better quality of health.
The professionals in this department provide physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology services. Patients can be referred to any of these services by their physician. Once a physician has ordered the service, a qualified therapist will complete a thorough evaluation of strengths, limitations and rehabilitation potential.
The overall goal of rehabilitation services is to improve, increase or maintain each person's level of functioning and quality of life by assisting them with achieving his/her maximum potential in all aspects of daily living.
